j1939 Translator

Reads & converts Ford OEM CAN data to SAE J1939 format without interfering with the Ford data stream. A safe & secure data communication link to Ford data bus for J1939-based aftermarket equipment.

Upfitter interface
module

Provides up to 8 outputs (4 fixed/ 4 programmable) based of chassis CAN data that can drive automotive relays, LED's, & warning lights. This unit is programmed using free software provided by InterMotive.

merlin multiplex

Common control network that utilizes twisted-pair wires, provides diagnostic capabilities and real-time chassis data when used with an InterMotive Gateway system. It communicates with the chassis & uses that data as a condition set for load activation.

BrakeMax Controller

Automatically switches the vehicle to "tow-haul" mode upon start up, to reduce brake wear by utilizing engine braking.

CAN Vehicle Controller

Using the CVC501/502 will allow a rear a/c unit in an ambulance or bus to be run independent of the chassis a/c system. The CVC501 also incorporates a high idle function without any additional chassis connections.

DuraTrans

Set the speed at which overdrive is enabled & disabled, preventing the vehicle from going into OD at city speeds which improves the longevity of the transmission, brakes, & torque converter.

Idle Timer Controller
system override

Deactivates the engine shutdown system when safety or work equipment is in use. This allows the driver to having to reset the idle timer or restarting the truck.

Programmable relay-driven power distribution center. This can be programmed in the feild to suit your needs, is capable of CAN communications, and up to 3 PRPC's can be connected to control up to 45 loads.

Clutch pump controller

Commands engine idle speed to 675 RPM for clutch pump operation & 1280 RPM for hydraulic tool operation. This reduces fuel consumption & emmisions when clutch pump is engaged.
